A 29-year-old man was shot and killed early Sunday morning outside an apartment building in North Hills, police said.
A suspect walked up and fired at the victim about 12:15 a.m. on the 9000 block of Orion Avenue, said Sgt. Karen Spencer, who gave no other details, citing an ongoing investigation.
